What we do
+What is Commercive, and what do you actually do?
We source, store, pick, pack and ship your orders from warehouses in China and the US, and we run sourcing and manufacturing too. One partner takes your product from the factory floor to your customer's doorstep, so there is no gap between sourcing and fulfillment where orders get lost.
+Can you source products for me, or do I need a supplier first?
We can source for you. We work with 1,845+ vetted factory partners across China, so bring a product idea or a link and we will find and vet the manufacturer. Because we source and fulfill in one operation, the product goes straight from the factory into your orders with no middleman markup.
+What does the Commercive dashboard show me?
Your orders, inventory, tracking and invoices, in one place and updated live. You watch orders move from placed to packed to shipped, follow tracking for every parcel, and pull invoices without emailing anyone.
Shipping and delivery
+How fast will my customers get their orders?
Global orders land in roughly 5 to 8 business days from China, and orders held in our US warehouse reach most of the country in 2 to 4 days. We ship to 65+ countries and route each order through the line that performs best for its destination.
+Will my customers know the order shipped from China?
No. Tracking is masked and branded end to end, so from the confirmation email to the tracking page your customer sees your brand, not a China origin or a third-party label. It protects your positioning and cuts the support tickets that come with obvious overseas shipping.
+Can I ship from the US instead of China?
Yes. We run US 3PL alongside China, so you can hold stock stateside and reach most of the US in 2 to 4 days. Many brands split it, keeping bestsellers in the US for speed and using China for testing, restocks and global reach, all from one dashboard.
Pricing and terms
+Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. There is no MOQ and no minimum daily order count. You can start small, test a product and scale once it proves out, and when it takes off our factory network lets you scale fast.
+How much can I actually save with Commercive?
Clients typically save 30 to 40 percent on fulfillment against what they were paying. It comes from direct factory relationships with no middleman markup, efficient shipping across 65+ countries, and free storage instead of monthly warehouse fees. A quote shows the exact number for your volume.
