Simply put, Commercive is a fulfillment & sourcing service. We help e-commerce brands of all sizes handle sourcing, manufacturing, fulfillment & end-to-end shipping. Whether it's DropShipping, China or U.S. 3PL, we have a specific solutions for brands of all niches and sizes.

What are your delivery times?

We use 60+ shipping providers, with China shipping times averaging about 7-12 days, while shipping times from our U.S. facilities are around 1-3 days.

What is your processing time?

We aim to process every order within 24 hours. If we're very busy or experience something out of our control (shipping delays, holidays, etc.), order processing time might be longer.

Where are your warehouses located?

We have multiple warehouses across China & USA. Our China warehouses are mainly based in Hangzhou & Wuxi, while our U.S. 3PL warehouses are in Florida, California and New York.

Do you offer last-mile tracking?

Yes, we do. If the shipping provider you choose allows it, so do we.

How big is Commercive's team?

We currently have 150+ employees working across our China & U.S. warehouses.

Can I keep using my factory/manufacturer?

Yes, without any problem. We can pick up stock directly from the factory/manufacturer, and help with everything along the way. After that, you can use our China / U.S. 3PL facilities to ship the stock.

Do you offer custom products/custom packaging?

Yes, we do. Please keep in mind custom product/custom packaging almost always require MOQ (a minimum order quantity placed).
